Cursive Reader provides tools to convert cursive handwriting into editable text. You may upload images or documents that contain cursive writing, and the Service will attempt to recognize the handwriting and generate text output.
Output formats may include plain text or other formats presented within the Service. Certain features (such as retention of uploaded content, history, or batch processing) may be available only to upgraded users, if offered.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the content you submit.
- You will not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content, or content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
- You will not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
4. Usage Limits
Free usage limits (such as file size limits, upload limits, or processing limits) may apply and may change over time.
If upgraded plans are offered, upgraded users may receive higher or different limits according to their plan.
5. Data Storage for Upgraded Users
If the Service offers storage features, upgraded users may have access to stored uploads and processed results for their own use.
- Stored content is accessible only to the corresponding user.
- Users may delete stored content at any time (if the feature is available).
- Retention periods and availability of stored content may change.
6. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Handwriting recognition results may vary depending on image quality, handwriting style, clarity, language, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output generated by the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the results before using them.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, website content, and related materials are owned by Cursive Reader (cursivereader.org) or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service content without permission.
You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that outputs will be free from errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cursivereader.org shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including data loss, recognition errors, or inability to access the Service.
